Lube Technician
Pay: $19 flat rate to start
Schedule: Wednesday through Friday from 7am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-5pm.
Lithia Toyota of Springfield, part of the Lithia Motors family of dealerships, is looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our Service team. What You’ll Do
- Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
- Inspect fluids, tires, brakes, and basic vehicle components
- Rotate tires and complete multipoint inspections
- Follow factory and dealership service procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work as part of a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a Lube Technician or trade school graduate is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Interest in building a career with the Toyota brand
