Required Skills: • Linux System Administrator • Running Security Scans • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana • Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence for documentation and Jira for workflow management and ticketing • Provisioning virtual machine resources utilizing AWS • TPAM for account management • Experience using OME for planned and unplanned outage coordination • Triage, track, collaborate on and facilitate Help Desk tickets • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes Desired Skills: • Technical degree from an accredited college • Strong desire and willingness to learn • Ability to take initiative and drive through sound best practices and technical acumen • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with coworkers of varying skills, labor categories and competencies
