Linux Platform Engineer
Overview
Seeking experienced Linux and platform engineers to design and implement automated IT infrastructure solutions. This role combines hands-on technical work with Al-driven automation to modernize infrastructure management at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure automation tools integrating with enterprise and custom services
- Develop and support Python-based infrastructure integration code
- Build monitoring, metrics, and reporting systems emphasizing actionable insights
- Implement Al enhancements to IT infrastructure, including MCP integration
Required Qualifications
- Strong Python development and scripting experience
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and core IT services
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Linux system administration background
- Virtualization platform expertise (VMware, KVM)
- Understanding of networking, storage, and backup systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible)
