Life Safety Engineer - Customer Facing - Manager
Achieve growth plans for Life Safety Business in UAE by using technical engineering skillset. Lead a team of Sales Managers/Engineers driving growth of Life Safety buinsess portfolio in UAE through the application of advanced technical engineering expertise, solutuon design optimization, and system performance enhancement. Develop and execute growth & marketing plans and programs, both, short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of products and or/ services. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of the new product line, and both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in targeting growth region. Ensure timely, accurate techincal quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas. Prepare accurate and timely commerical analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to commercial results and forecasts. Provide technical backup to ensure client design approval is secured along with commissioning support (as required) for the ongoing projects and the installed base in the region of concern. Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover. Maintain effective customer relations with Consultants, Contactors and End users to ensure and achieve the desired market position for the products. Provide advice and guidance to the management regarding product requirements for the target markets with the objective of securing maximum market share and sustainable market growth. Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and the outgoing serviceability of safety critical equipment. Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial. 10+ years experience in Sales and Marketing of Life Safety, Fire Alarm or Emergency Lighting systems - Candidate must possess good direct selling skills in UAE. Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required Presentation skills Communication skills Electrical products instrumentation knowledge Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
