  • Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
  • Must hold a clinical license or be working toward clinician licensure in mental health counseling (LMHC), clinical social work (LCSW), or marriage and family therapy (LMFT), in the state where services will be provided.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in or with school settings preferred.

Why Join Effective School Solutions

  • Help address the youth mental health crisis in schools.
  • Join a growing, innovative organization with career development opportunities.
  • Enjoy school-calendar time off and flexible summer hours for work-life balance.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • A workplace that values clinician voices and feedback.
