Altius Search Group is looking for an LNHA/LNFA for one of our customers in the Senior Living Industry.

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/LNFA) is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to senior residents. This role involves strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight to maintain a safe, supportive, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. The LNFA acts as a key liaison between healthcare providers, families, and regulatory agencies, advocating for resident well-being and organizational excellence. They lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to uphold best practices in senior care while managing budgets, staffing, and facility resources effectively. Ultimately, the LNFA ensures that the nursing home meets all legal, ethical, and quality standards while fostering a culture of compassion and respect for the elderly population served.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, including resident care, staff management, and facility maintenance.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing home operations and resident care standards.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and operational efficiency.

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing home staff to maintain high performance and professional development.

  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support sustainable facility operations.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to address resident needs and concerns.

  • Monitor resident satisfaction and quality indicators, implementing improvements as necessary.

  • Prepare for and participate in inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
