Growth Marketing
About Libra
Libra AI is building an AI Superagent for work- semantic search and agentic workflows across 250+ integrations that help teams move faster across HR, finance, sales, and operations. We're well-funded, early, and investing heavily in GTM and marketing over the next few months. This role owns it.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Growth Lead to build and scale Libra's go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders, operate with a high degree of ownership, and be responsible for making Libra the default AI Superagent for modern teams.
Location- HSR, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Build and scale acquisition channels from scratch- organic, SEO, community, partnerships, and referral loops
Own the full self-serve funnel: awareness → sign-up → activation → retention → expansion
Design and run high-velocity growth experiments; iterate quickly based on data
Set up and maintain growth analytics infrastructure- define north star metrics and track what actually moves the needle
Develop lifecycle communications: onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and expansion triggers
Collaborate with product and engineering to close activation gaps and improve in-product growth surfaces
Write sharp copy and build campaigns that cut through
What We're Looking For
3–5 years in a growth, GTM, or product marketing role at a SaaS or AI-native company
A track record of growing something measurable- a user base, a waitlist, a channel, a community
Strong analytical foundation; you pull your own data and can separate signal from noise
Excellent written communication- clear, direct, and compelling
High agency; you default to action over process and thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments
Bonus
Experience with AI-native or developer-tools products
Familiarity with PLG frameworks- PQL scoring, usage-based triggers, viral loops
Why Libra
Founding GTM hire- you build the playbook, not inherit one
Direct access to founders and influence over product direction
Competitive salary and meaningful early-stage equity
