About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to partner closely with the executive team and drive company-wide initiatives. This hands-on position will involve collaborating across departments to execute key priorities, drive operational efficiency, and accelerate business growth. The Chief of Staff will help transform high-level ideas into actionable projects, provide critical support in decision-making, and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO across all facets of the business
Drive cross-functional project management- ensuring alignment and execution across engineering, product, go-to-market, and operations
Prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal communications
Support fundraising efforts end-to-end: deck preparation, data room management, investor outreach and follow-ups, and due diligence coordination
Own stakeholder management- investors, advisors, partners, and key external relationships
Conduct research and analysis to inform company strategy, market positioning, and operational decisions
Build and refine internal processes, rituals, and systems as the company scales
Take on special projects as they arise- no task is too small or too strategic
Partner with executives to own and execute on the company’s strategic goals and top priorities
Lead and coordinate critical projects across multiple teams, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and impact company performance
Prepare and manage key business communications, executive reports, and presentations
Synthesize complex data and insights to enable effective decision-making
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability
Assist with creating and rolling out new initiatives across the organization
Bridge communications between executive leadership and broader teams
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, investment banking, VC, or similar)
3+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, strategy, or similar role in high-growth environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication- you can draft a board memo as comfortably as a Slack message
Strong analytical chops: comfort with financial models, market sizing, and data-driven decision making
High agency and extreme ownership- you don’t wait to be told what to do
Ability to context-switch rapidly and manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
Discretion and maturity in handling confidential business, investor, and personnel information
Proven track record managing large, multidisciplinary projects and cross-functional teams
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Familiarity with the AI/SaaS landscape is a strong plus; genuine intellectual curiosity about technology is a must
Nice to Have
Experience in a tech startup, SaaS business, or B2B environment
Familiarity with product management or growth initiatives
Previous exposure to executive leadership or board-level reporting
