Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer will be responsible for the overall analysis, architecture, design, implementation, and support of Marketing Cloud project related activities.
The successful candidate for this role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product organizations to drive efficient and accurate email campaign execution using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Configure and customize Marketing Cloud to align with business requirements. Implement and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
Design and implement technical solutions to support company email strategies, driving automation wherever possible.
Collaborate with email marketing team to execute email campaigns and other marketing initiatives. Ensure campaigns are aligned with best practices and compliance standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve problems in Marketing Cloud, including daily automated data syncs, sends, ad-hoc imports, and data extensions.
Ensure email and nurture programs (Journey Builder) adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, personalization, mobile rendering, etc.
Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to enable the integration of data into and out of Marketing Cloud, ensuring accurate and reliable data sources. Manage data cleansing, segmentation, and personalization for targeted marketing campaigns.
Enhance, optimize, and document marketing automation processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practices.
Implement and maintain security best practices within Marketing Cloud. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Marketing Cloud Developer certifications are required
Experience with SQL/SOQL, AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP API integrations required
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification, Marketing Cloud Consultant certification and Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications are a plus
Agentforce and Data 360 (Data Cloud) experience is a plus
Knowledgeable of B2C marketing automation and operations best practices
Strong spreadsheet (i.e., Excel) and analytical skills
Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way.
