Job DescriptionAs a Loan Servicing Supervisor, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. you will provide day-to-day operational leadership to a team of approximately 10–15 individual contributors, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of lending operations processes while maintaining strict adherence to established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and team service level agreements (SLAs). In this role, you will oversee daily workflows, monitor team performance, and provide guidance and support to ensure operational goals, SLAs, and quality standards are consistently achieved. What you’ll do:  Oversee daily lending operations processing while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalabilityDrive operational excellence by supporting cross-functional initiatives and process improvement effortsContribute to reporting, data analysis, and identification of optimization opportunitiesPartner with leadership and internal teams to implement process enhancements and execute key projectsCollaborate with cross-department stakeholders to resolve issues and align on prioritiesServe as a point of contact for external partners, maintaining strong relationships and service standardsSupervise, coach, and develop team members through training, feedback, and performance managementPromote best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement within the teamFoster a collaborative, high-performance team environment focused on quality service deliveryBalance operational oversight with people leadership in a fast-paced environmentEnsure operational integrity while supporting organizational goals and team successQualifications2–3+ years of experience in lending operations, financial services, loan servicing, or a related operational environment1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing or mentoring individual contributorsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceDemonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environmentStrong understanding of operational workflows, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metricsProven ability to monitor team performance, manage daily workflows, and ensure operational deadlines and SLAs are consistently metExperience developing employees through coaching, side-by-side training, performance feedback, and team development initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps and recommend process improvementsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external business partnersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate expectations, updates, and operational insightsHigh level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and quality standardsAdditional InformationAchieve well-being with:Hybrid and remote work opportunities401 (k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision with HSA and FSA optionsCompetitive vacation and sick time off, as well as dedicated volunteer daysAccess to wellness support through Employee Assistance Program, Talkspace, and fitness discountsUp to $5,250 paid back to you on eligible education expensesPet care discounts for your furry family membersFinancial support in times of hardship with our Achieve Care FundA safe place to connect and a commitment to diversity and inclusion through our six employee resource groups Join Achieve, change the future.At Achieve, we’re changing millions of lives.
