About the Role Provide hands-on, solution-oriented legal guidance on fintech, banking and financial services products; design and implement legal and regulatory frameworks for new offerings; prepare legal opinions on banking, BaaS, payment services, e-money, financing and capital markets matters; support licensing, regulatory filings, share transfers and change-of-control processes; monitor regulatory developments to ensure compliance; and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable compliant and operationally ready processes.
