We are looking for a Labor Relations Partner with an interest in impacting dynamic businesses through effective management of wide a range of Labour Relations and issues. You will be able to consult, provide guidance, support, and make recommendations to resolve Labour Relations topics.
This position is both hands-on in providing Labour Relations expertise as well as strategic in building out the organisational capability to address and manage Labour Relations issues. You will have strong interpersonal skills and is able to build trusting relationships with a high level of integrity, working carefully with details and confidentiality. Your genuine interest in others enables you to build strong connections with internal stakeholders in Giga Berlin.
- Support multiple stakeholders in all Works Council related questions
- Provide guidance and counsel to HR partners, Employee Advisors and business stakeholders to facilitate prompt and effective resolutions to Labour Relations topics
- Provide effective and insightful management information, analyses, and reports on Labour Relations trends with Leadership, and help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs and policies
- Provide training to stakeholders on the Labour Relations process
- Fluent in business English and German (min. C1)
- Professional experience in HR business partnering, Labour Relations and/or employment law
- Knowledge of German employment law and Works Councils a plus
- Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and standards
- Good communication skills
- Planning, organisation and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
