Job Description

CuraScript is currently seeking two Legal Compliance Senior Supervisors. The Senior Compliance Supervisor ensures organizational adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, monitoring business activities, conducting audits, and providing guidance to mitigate risk. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to stay current with evolving regulatory requirements, including trade compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Policy Development: Create, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews to identify gaps and ensure adherence to policies. Risk Assessment: Perform risk evaluations and recommend corrective actions to minimize compliance exposure. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues promptly and effectively. Training & Education: Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to promote awareness and understanding of regulations. Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on new laws, regulations, and industry’s best practices; communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Trade Compliance: Ensure compliance with import regulations; Oversee compliance with customs regulations, tariff classifications (HTS codes), valuation, and country-of-origin requirements for imported goods and maintain accurate and complete documentation Project Management: Lead minor compliance-related projects and contribute to strategic initiatives for regulatory readiness QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred. 2+ years of people leadership experience. 4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs, preferably in pharmaceuticals. Pharmaceutical distribution or wholesale experience highly preferred. Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including trade compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,900 - 134,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
