Legal Analyst / Associate Legal Counsel – Commercial Legal (m/f/d)
Upvest is seeking a Legal Analyst / Associate Legal Counsel to provide legal advice for domestic and international projects, with a focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating cooperation agreements with clients.
Requirements
- Successful completion of at least one German law degree (LL.B.; LL.M.; Erste Juristische Prüfung; und/oder Zweite Juristische Prüfung or equivalent)
- A minimum of professional experience, ideally within an international and fast-paced context
- First experience in the financial services industry and regulatory law is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in business English and German
- Strong intercultural awareness and enthusiasm for working in a global environment
- A team-oriented spirit, with a passion for cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Proficiency in IT and a good working knowledge of common Google Workspace, AI and MS Office applications
