About the Role The Leasing Manager is responsible for implementing a leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income. They will manage a team of leasing specialists to verify that the leasing strategy is being executed to plan and ensure that all leads are being fielded in a timely manner. This role will perform and communicate local market research to guide rental rates and concession offerings, as well as prepare all advertising materials needed with the assistance of the Community Manager. The Leasing Manager will report directly to the Regional Leasing Manager.
