Graphic & Rendering Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Graphics, Visualization & Rendering
  • Develop high-quality 2D and 3D graphics, illustrations, and photorealistic renderings of products, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
  • Create detailed product visualizations for marketing materials, sales tools, customer proposals, and trade shows.
  • Produce renderings of custom or configurable products based on engineering specifications and customer requirements.
  • Support animation and motion graphics for product demonstrations, process explanations, or training content.
Engineering & Manufacturing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering teams to interpret CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
  • Convert engineering data into visually accurate and compelling representations while maintaining technical integrity.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure visuals reflect real-world processes, finishes, materials, and assembly methods.
  • Support multiple facilities by standardizing visual styles while accommodating facility-specific products and processes.
Marketing, Sales & Communication Support:
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop visuals for brochures, websites, presentations, videos, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist sales teams with customer-specific renderings, layouts, and product configurations.
  • Maintain and update visual assets as products evolve or new product lines are introduced.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with company branding and style guidelines.
Asset Management & Standards:
  • Organize and maintain a centralized library of graphics, renderings, templates, and source files.
  • Develop and enforce visual standards, naming conventions, and file management practices.
  • Continuously improve rendering workflows, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and quality.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visualization, Engineering Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in graphics, 3D rendering, or visualization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks Visualize, Blender, KeyShot, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D)
  • Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and manufacturing finishes.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
  • Experience working with multiple product lines or multi-site manufacturing organizations.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
  • Experience with animation, AR/VR, or interactive 3D content.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, molding, or assembly.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
Work Environment + Language Requirements
  • Global remote position
  • Requires at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day
  • Minimal or no travel
  • Fluency in the English language; written and verbal proficiency (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale)
  • Reports to a U.S.-based Marketing Leadership
