Learning Systems Manager

We’re looking for a Learning Systems Manager with deep, hands-on Docebo experience to own and lead the global management of Kraken’s learning platform ecosystem. You’ll sit in our central Learning & Talent team and take responsibility for the configuration, optimisation, governance, and continuous improvement of our new Docebo platform. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Learning, Technology, People Ops, Engineering, and our global delivery and client teams to ensure the system delivers a seamless, world-class experience for every user — internal and external. This role blends technical platform ownership, content architecture, vendor and integration management, data/analytics governance, and learning-experience design. You’ll help shape how colleagues onboard, develop skills, progress in their roles, and access learning across the entire colleague lifecycle. You’ll also support our SaaS implementation teams by enabling learning experiences for client organisations during onboarding and deployment of the Kraken platform, using Docebo as the backbone of their capability journey. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — designing the roadmap, implementing improvements, solving problems, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly day-to-day.
