About the Role The Learning Supervisor plays a key role in shaping and executing learning initiatives that support business strategy. This role acts as a learning partner and think tank for key stakeholders, translating business direction into impactful learning programs, fostering a self-learning culture, and ensuring holistic evaluation of learning impact beyond hours and budget. The role covers the full learning cycle—from analysis and design to implementation, evaluation, reporting, and administration—and requires strong stakeholder communication, curiosity, and passion for learning. Job Description Act as a learning think tank with key stakeholders to translate business strategy into relevant learning programs Proactively conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) using data, stakeholder input, and organizational priorities Design and implement learning initiatives that promote self-learning culture and continuous development Manage the end-to-end learning cycle: Analysis – Design – Development – Implementation – Evaluation Lead implementation of learning programs, including training delivery, learning campaigns, and communication Conduct post-program evaluation, covering learning hours, budget utilization, and program impact Develop holistic learning reports, including budget, learning hours, regulatory/compliance requirements, and program effectiveness Handle learning administration, including vendor coordination, payment, settlement, and documentation Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and engagement Support mandatory competency development and compliance-related learning programs Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Psychology preferred) 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development Solid understanding of the learning lifecycle (ADDIE framework) Experience in learning implementation, reporting, and administration Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, curious, and passionate about learning & development Creative mindset with interest in learning campaigns and employee engagement
