We’re looking for a Learning & Performance Specialist who will build our training setup from scratch and take full ownership of how employees develop the skills they need to perform at a high level.

Your focus will be on identifying real capability gaps, creating the right solutions, rolling them out effectively, and proving through data that they work 🚀

As a Learning & Performance Specialist, you will:

• Create, manage, and continuously improve general bunq training programs.

• Lead interactive workshops and in-person trainings focused on real behavior change.

• Measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements 📊

• Improve existing internal processes or create new ones to optimize employee performance and development.
