About the Role In this role, responsible for designing and evolving a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities and organizational culture. Identifies leadership capability gaps through data analysis, feedback, and organizational needs assessments, and translates insights into impactful, end-to-end development solutions. Designs and delivers leadership programs including workshops, cohort-based learning, coaching, mentoring, conferences, and self-paced initiatives.
