You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating with different stakeholders. With a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, you are eager to contribute to engaging learning experiences and support the development of talents across the Maison.
What are we expecting from you?
As part of the Middle East HR team, you will support the implementation of Learning & Development initiatives across the region:
• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning events
• Manage logistics including schedules, venues, and participant coordination
• Prepare and distribute training materials and resources
• Support the rollout of learning initiatives, onboarding programs, and employee engagement activities
• Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas of improvement
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and support reporting on key learning metrics
• Contribute to presentations and reports related to L&D performance and progress
• Support HR initiatives such as team engagement activities, ESG and DEI programs
• Coordinate workshops and contribute to the development of a regional engagement calendar
