About the role:
The Learning & Development Consultant designs and delivers high-impact learning solutions that build leadership, professional, and frontline capability across Customer Markets & Operations.
Working closely with leaders, operations, and change teams, you’ll translate business priorities into practical, scalable programs that drive measurable performance outcomes and ROI. This role blends strong learning design expertise with delivery excellence to uplift capability and enhance leadership and people effectiveness at every level.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate business priorities into clear learning outcomes
Design practical, learner-centred solutions across facilitated, virtual and digital formats
Deliver engaging programs that drive behaviour change and build capability in fast-paced environments
Embed learning into business change initiatives to support adoption and sustain performance
Measure impact and continuously improve solutions using data, insights and feedback
About you:
Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning solutions across leadership, professional and frontline audiences
Strong blended instructional design capability, with a focus on performance outcomes and learner needs
Confident facilitator who can adapt style to suit diverse audiences and operational environments
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, partner and challenge constructively
Experience with LMS management and using data and insights to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
