Learning and Development
As our business continues to grow, we are opening opportunities for Learning & Development professionals across multiple levels (Senior Staff and Supervisor) to support various business units. You will be responsible for building and executing structured training initiatives that enhance team capability and drive consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Learning & Development programs, including onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training.
- Create structured learning materials such as training modules, SOPs, assessments, and learning pathways.
- Deliver training sessions through both online and offline methods (workshops, simulations, and classroom facilitation).
- Manage and optimize learning platforms (e.g., LMS/Google Classroom) to ensure effective training delivery and tracking.
- Conduct assessments or evaluations to measure participant readiness.
- Monitor training effectiveness, analyze performance data, and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and follow-up development plans to improve individual and team performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, academic, sales, and management teams) to align training with business needs.
- Handle training administration, including scheduling, documentation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Continuously improve training systems, materials, and overall learning experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Business, Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or related roles
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs end-to-end.
- Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, and instructional design.
- Familiar with LMS platforms.
- Ability to create engaging training content (modules, presentations, assessments).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple training programs in a fast-paced environment.
