We are advertising for a talented and ambitious English teacher to join our online school for a maternity cover for one year, with the ability to teach English, up to year 13. The role is based in the UK, working remotely from home, and includes a hybrid model when requested to meet in the region throughout the year.

Requirements

Excellent written and communication skills
Knowledge of the correct Safeguarding procedure
Ability to work well in teams
Able to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments
Experience of working in the primary, secondary or college sector
Experience of working in state or independent school sector
Experience with creating resources and the ability to review and enhance our current course delivery
Computer Literate with the ability to teach online using technology applications
Knowledge of best ways to engage students in your subject of expertise
The capability to drive best practices and have a reputation for delivering high quality material
Keen interest within the online teaching and learning environment, with a passion for the learning and development of students
A flexible, highly energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast changing, collaborative, delivery culture
