Lead UX Strategist

We are looking for a Lead UX Strategist for our client, a software development company in the B2B SaaS space. In this role, you will take ownership of the user experience end-to-end. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to shape the vision, define the direction, and translate complex challenges into intuitive, effective, and impactful experiences.

What you’ll do

Define the UX vision and strategy, aligning design decisions with both user needs and business goals.
Translate strategy into practice by creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
Conduct and synthesize user research, market insights, and product data to guide direction.
Establish experience principles, journey maps, and frameworks that influence product roadmaps.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure strategy is carried through in execution.
Switch between big-picture planning and hands-on design execution as needed.
Evaluate outcomes of your UX strategy using usability testing, feedback, and metrics.
