Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Location: Turnersville, NJ/Gloucester County, NJ

Compensation: $35-$40 hourly rate + install-based incentives and bonuses+ $1K sign on bonus

Job Summary We are growing and seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Install Technician to join our team as business volume increases. This role focuses on full-system residential HVAC installations (including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components).

Key Responsibilities

Perform complete residential HVAC system installations, including equipment setup, ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, and system testing/startup
Collaborate with team members to complete installs on schedule while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during the installation process to explain progress, address questions, and ensure satisfaction
Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized job site, leaving homes in better condition than found
Document work performed and report any issues or recommendations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in residential HVAC installations (full systems preferred)
EPA Certification (required)
High School Diploma or GED
Technical degree or certification in HVAC or related field
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Professional demeanor suitable for in-home customer interactions

Strong communication skills for updating customers on install progress and handling any concerns
Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism on every job
Experience with common residential brands and South Jersey-specific systems
