About the role π
Weβve grown from 30 to 110 Bigbluers in just a few years β and weβre just getting started.
As Lead Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our next phase of growth. Your mission: attract, engage, and hire the best talent to support our ambitions across France, Spain, Germany and the UK β from key leadership roles to high-impact individual contributors.
You will own the entire recruitment strategy and operations while collaborating closely with our leadership team and hiring managers. This is a high-visibility role where youβll have the opportunity to shape how we scale, build talent pipelines for critical roles, and make Bigblue a magnet for top candidates.

π― Define and lead Bigblueβs talent acquisition strategy β align hiring priorities with business objectives and ensure we have the talent needed to succeed.
π§βπ€βπ§ Lead, coach, and develop other TAMs as the team scales.
π Own the full recruitment cycle β from sourcing to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
π Build and nurture talent pipelines β proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with top talent across key markets and functions.
π€ Partner with hiring managers β advise, coach, and challenge them to define needs clearly, write compelling job descriptions, and make great hires.
π Drive employer branding initiatives β showcase Bigblueβs culture, mission, and impact to attract the best candidates in a competitive market.
π Measure and optimize β track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and continuously improve our hiring processes.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a recruitment team.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proven success managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing and closing senior-level roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, especially for tech and operations roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills β you're comfortable advising hiring managers and challenging when needed.
- Passion for creating a great candidate experience and building authentic employer branding.
- Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.
