Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as a technical expert in their realm of function for internal and external customers
  • Presents project and/or program status to leaders and customers
  • Ensures internal processes and procedures align with Aerospace and Honeywell Standards
  • Interfaces with team and resolves project/program issues
  • Convince external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
  • Project oversight
  • Project coordination
  • Budget/schedule responsibility

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or another related field.
  • 10 or more years of experience supporting aerospace programs 

WE VALUE

  • Working experience on Agile methodologies and/or certified scrum master
  • Advanced knowledge of Aerospace process development for systems, software and V&V
  • Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
  • Leading diverse and global team
  • Apply mastery of a specific professional discipline or broader expertise in most or all areas within a function
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

  • Making autonomous decision
