KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a technical expert in their realm of function for internal and external customers
- Presents project and/or program status to leaders and customers
- Ensures internal processes and procedures align with Aerospace and Honeywell Standards
- Interfaces with team and resolves project/program issues
- Convince external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
- Project oversight
- Project coordination
- Budget/schedule responsibility
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or another related field.
- 10 or more years of experience supporting aerospace programs
WE VALUE
- Working experience on Agile methodologies and/or certified scrum master
- Advanced knowledge of Aerospace process development for systems, software and V&V
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Leading diverse and global team
- Apply mastery of a specific professional discipline or broader expertise in most or all areas within a function
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
- Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
- Making autonomous decision
