Lead Store Renewal Manager
As Lead Store Renewal Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the Store Rotation and Renewal Programme across Foods and Fashion, Home & Beauty. You’ll provide visible, field-based leadership to ensure renewals, new stores, relocations and closures land safely, on time and to plan, driving transformation, profitable sales and a consistently high customer experience. Leading a team of Store Renewal Managers, you will set clear standards, manage risk, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Stores, Property and the Support Centre to deliver right‑first‑time outcomes with minimal disruption to customers and trading.
