Your Impact

 

Join the OpenText Cloud Services team as a Lead Site Reliability Engineer and help design, deploy, and support secure, scalable cloud environments that power our industry-leading SaaS and AI-enabled applications. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering reliable cloud services to global customers, supporting our mission to make information work for everyone and every organization.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Use modern cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools to build and maintain infrastructure for OpenText SaaS applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues quickly, ensuring clear communication and meeting service-level expectations.
  • Manage and prioritize cloud design, deployment, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with IT, Architecture, and Engineering teams on cloud projects.
  • Help define cloud standards and architecture best practices.
  • Share knowledge through documentation, training, and mentoring.
  • Partner with Product Development and Architecture teams to optimize performance, cost, and efficiency.
  • Stay flexible and open to taking on new projects as needed.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • 5+ years of experience managing cloud operations and projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong background in managing high-traffic cloud environments and scaling infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with tools like Terraform, Packer, and CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, YAML, JSON, BASH, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud performance and costs.

Salary Range: $103,250 - $153,250; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
