Lead Vizzia's Hardware R&D to accelerate delivery speed and raise the bar on quality. Accountable for delivering next product iterations (cameras, stations, accessories) on time and at industrial-grade quality. Structure the team, elevate technical standards, and build a culture of rigor, transparency, and field impact.

Requirements

• Strong background in embedded electronics with hands-on PCB experience
• Expertise in RF, high-speed design, and EMC/CE constraints
• Proven experience in hardware project management and industrialization
• Successful people management experience with team development track record
