Title:

Lead Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Process Engineering and design, process configuration and optimization studies
  • Perform and Review Process simulations, prepare & Review Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance, Utility Balance
  • Create and Review Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Prepare and Review datasheets for process equipment and instruments
  • Conduct relief and blowdown studies, analyze relief load scenarios and calculate flare network requirements
  • Perform and Review process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics
  • Prepare and Review Process design philosophies and operating guides

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
  • At least 20 years of relevant engineering design experience
  • Have worked on Concept studies, FEED and detailed design projects
  • Good experience with Offshore Oil and Gas, and LNG terminal projects. Experience on Energy transition projects will be an advantage.
  • Have led process teams on Hydrocarbon projects
  • In-depth understanding of process design, heat and material balance and P&IDs
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards, software and tools
  • Candidates with Lead Engineer experience will be given preference
