Lead Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Process Engineering and design, process configuration and optimization studies
Perform and Review Process simulations, prepare & Review Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balance, Utility Balance
Create and Review Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
Prepare and Review datasheets for process equipment and instruments
Conduct relief and blowdown studies, analyze relief load scenarios and calculate flare network requirements
Perform and Review process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics
Prepare and Review Process design philosophies and operating guides

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering
At least 20 years of relevant engineering design experience
Have worked on Concept studies, FEED and detailed design projects
Good experience with Offshore Oil and Gas, and LNG terminal projects. Experience on Energy transition projects will be an advantage.
Have led process teams on Hydrocarbon projects
In-depth understanding of process design, heat and material balance and P&IDs
Familiarity with international codes and standards, software and tools
Candidates with Lead Engineer experience will be given preference
