Job Title: Lead Operator


Hiring manager: Clinic Area Manager

Location: Neko Health Victoria, London, United Kingdom. 

Hours: Full-time, five days per week, 4 days on management activity this will be in the clinic, 1 day on service provision.

Key Management Responsibilities:

  • Line management of clinic operators

  • Performing regular 121s and sit ins with clinic operators

  • Recruitment of clinic staff

  • Cascading and implementing changes to practice

  • Ensuring compliance with Clinical SOPs and protocols

  • Monitoring KPIs

  • Overseeing incident reporting and risk management

  • Reviewing the quality of medical care provided

  • Providing feedback to operators on the quality of their medical care

  • Monitoring and feeding back on rebooking rate and customer satisfaction

  • Manage operator staffing to ensure 100% uptime

  • Work closely with the Clinical Site Manager to run the clinic

Key Service Provision Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Neko Health scan on members

  • Provide world class hospitality care when engaging with members

  • Demonstrate precise phlebotomy skills

  • Work calmly under pressure when encountering tech issues

  • Pay high attention to hygiene and cleanliness

  • Ensure inventory stock is maintained at an appropriate level

  • Contribute to clinical quality improvement activity

  • Collaborate with teams across Neko to develop and improve our technology

  • To work flexibility, and to adapt and update your skills as the role requires

Qualifications:

  • Nursing of Biomedical Science degree

  • Significant experience working independently as a nurse

  • Strong understanding of health screening and diagnostic procedures

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

  • Prior team management experience is a plus
