What Is the Opportunity?

As our Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, you’ll be the strategic leader responsible for driving the data analysis and actionable insights that fuel our As our Lead Marketing Analyst, you’ll join our US Marketing team in London to lead and bring to life our unified measurement framework. This is a truly embedded role where you’ll connect our targeting and creative strategies with a high-performance MarTech infrastructure to support informed spend decisions across the business.

What makes this role different is the level of influence you’ll wield. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be a strategic storyteller, translating complex statistical findings into actionable narratives for executive-level stakeholders and operationalising complex models alongside our Data Science and Engineering teams.

As one of our Lead Marketing Analysts, you’ll:

  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations that directly influence plans for high-value channels like Email, SEO, and paid media.

  • Master experimental design by interpreting rigorous A/B and multi-variate tests to measure the causal impact of our marketing.

  • Drive site performance using GA4 and internal data to uncover opportunities and unlock on-site growth.

  • Collaborate on forecasting with our finance team to predict annual and monthly campaign performance.

  • Lead proactive exploration to uncover hidden risks and performance drivers across the entire business.

  • Manage vendor partnerships to deepen our understanding of data sources and collection strategies.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in multi-channel knowledge, including email, paid search, and paid media.

  • A marketing technology expert, skilled with systems such as GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and Google Search Console.

  • A strategic communicator capable of translating complex data into clear stories for non-technical audiences.

  • Skilled in performance forecasting and building bottom-up revenue models based on channel metrics.

  • Autonomous and agile, ready to challenge the status quo in a high-paced environment.

  • Technical and precise, with advanced background in MMM, MTA, and expert-level SQL, Python, or R.
