Lead Human Resources Assistant ( Military)

To qualify for the GS-07, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on human resources concepts, principles, and management processes to support the Pay/Personnel Administration Support System (PASS); 2) Utilizing automated pay and personnel systems for processing actions (e.g. separations, retirements, gains, or similar personnel matters); and 3) Reviewing pay entitlement documents to ensure they are authentic, accurate, and in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and precedents. To qualify for the GS-06, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of human resources concepts, principles, and management processes to support the Pay/Personnel Administration Support System (PASS); 2) Utilizing automated pay and personnel systems; 3) Preparing documents in order to process pay entitlements actions.
