We're looking for a transformational leader to drive global finance operations excellence across our 80+ country network. Shape the future of Order to Cash processes while working with cutting-edge technology and diverse, world-class teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Global Transformation: Own and optimize Order to Cash processes across all regions, driving operational excellence and enhanced client experiences
• Drive Innovation: Design and implement world-class finance processes using advanced technology platforms and lean methodologies
• Shape Strategy: Collaborate with global leadership to define the finance operations roadmap and deliver transformational projects
• Build Excellence: Develop performance metrics, training programs, and best practices that set global standards
• Influence at Scale: Work directly with stakeholders across regions to ensure seamless process adoption and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years in finance/accounting with successful global transformation experience in Order to Cash
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of global ERPs (JDE, PeopleSoft preferred) and process optimization
• Global Mindset: Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple regions and cultures
• Educational Foundation: CA or MBA required
• Results Focus: Track record of designing, implementing, and governing large-scale process improvements
