We are seeking a Senior / Lead Glazier with an active C-17 license who will serve as a key driver of our current residential operations while helping us strategically grow into the commercial space. You will be the licensed qualifier for the business

What You’ll Do
Lead Residential Installations (Primary Focus)
Run lead installations for high-end residential projects:
Frameless shower enclosures
Custom mirrors
Glass railings
Interior glass partitions
Ensure precision measurements, clean installs, and flawless final presentation
Own job quality from start to finish — no callbacks, no shortcuts
We do not install windows or doors
Support Commercial Growth (Secondary / Expansion Focus)
Assist in taking on light commercial projects as the company expands
Help bridge residential craftsmanship into scalable commercial practices
Provide input on processes, materials, and execution as project scope grows
License Holder & Compliance Leader
Act as the C-17 license holder of record (non-negotiable)
Ensure all work complies with California building codes and safety standards
Lead jobsite safety practices and uphold OSHA standards
Field Leadership & Operations
Lead and mentor junior glaziers
Assist with field measuring, estimating, and project planning
Communicate directly with homeowners, contractors, and designers
Support scheduling, materials, and job flow as needed
What You Bring
Non-Negotiable
Active California C-17 Glazing Contractor License (REQUIRED)
Proven experience leading installations in a residential glazing environment
Ability and interest in helping grow into commercial work over time
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Experience & Skillset
Frameless shower systems
Custom mirrors
Glass railings and partitions
Strong field measurement and layout skills
Ability to read plans, execute independently, and solve problems on-site
Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a crew
