Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating qualified leads within the products sector and possess hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and driving the growth of our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Identification:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
Utilize various tools and platforms to gather data on prospective leads.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social media engagement.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate ERP solutions.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Track and analyze lead interactions to optimize outreach strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business objectives.
Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, campaign performance, and insights for improvement.
Strategy Development:
Continuously test and optimize outreach approaches for better conversion ratesDevelop and refine lead-generation strategies based on market trends and business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the IT/Products industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Knowledge of the ERP market landscape and trends is a plus.
