Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Generation & Research Specialist to build and manage a high-quality prospect pipeline using LinkedIn and curated market/news sources. This role does not involve cold calling. Instead, the focus is on research, qualification, CRM accuracy, outbound messaging, and scheduling qualified conversations. Key Responsibilities Prospect Research & Identification ● Identify potential prospects through LinkedIn and subscribed news sources ● Research company and individual profiles against defined criteria ● Monitor relevant market signals indicating prospect readiness CRM Management & Data Quality ● Enter, update, and maintain prospect records in the CRM ● Enrich profiles with accurate notes, context, and supporting links ● Maintain clean, well-organized pipelines Outbound Outreach (Non-Calling) ● Draft and send outreach messages on behalf of the team ● Manage follow-ups and track engagement ● Escalate qualified leads for approval and next steps Scheduling & Coordination ● Schedule introductory calls and meetings once prospects are approved ● Ensure smooth handoffs and accurate documentation Process & Workflow Collaboration ● Work alongside a tech-forward team using automation and AI tools ● Provide feedback on lead quality, funnel performance, and process improvements ● Maintain a human, professional tone in all communications
