Lead Equipment Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and operationally‑minded Store Equipment Lead to take end‑to‑end ownership of all store equipment across the estate. In this role, you’ll ensure our stores are safe, compliant, and able to trade effectively by driving performance, setting standards, resolving root‑cause issues, and championing continuous improvement. As the expert point of contact for stores, regions, and central teams, you will use insight, supplier collaboration, and strong stakeholder relationships to deliver reliable, right‑first‑time solutions.
