Requirements
- Software engineering background with backend or platform coding experience in Go or Python
- Strong AWS or GCP depth with production ownership and cloud cost optimization at scale
- Distributed systems and database architecture experience with real schema decisions and replication trade-offs
- Hands-on leadership and AI tooling fluency with applied adoption in engineering workflow
