Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in building Google IVA / IVR agents.
  • Handson expertise with:Google Dialogflow CX / ES And Google Contact Center AI (CCAI)
  • Solid understanding of: IVR call flows and telephony concepts and Intentbased and conversational design principles
  • Experience integrating IVR/IVA with REST APIs and backend systems.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript / Python for fulfillment and webhook development.

Cloud & Platform:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, logging, and monitoring.
  • Understanding of security, IAM, and API management.
