Lead Development Representative
The Lead Development Representative (LDR) will be responsible for conducting lead analysis, process, and project management activities, all while supporting their assigned business development/sales team. This unit-level LDR will be responsible for key objectives dedicated to helping their assigned team operate efficiently. Organization is key for a successful LDR, in order to stay on track to meet their project objectives .
What you will do:
Gain a thorough understanding of Precisely s products and services to effectively support the sales team. Master product training and sales methodology, and clearly communicate the value proposition to internal stakeholders.
- Deliver clear lead, pipeline, and performance reporting via Salesforce, Tableau, and related tools.
- Ensure accurate inbound and outbound lead assignment by industry, geography, and account.
- Partner with managers to review lead and opportunity quality and process execution.
- Support BDR forecasting, performance tracking, and target attainment.
- Produce concise weekly and monthly performance summaries for leadership.
- Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and pipeline integrity.
- Identify reporting gaps and drive data consistency improvements.
- Enable BDR success through effective use of prospecting and sales tools.
- Provide timely analysis and research to support outbound and operational rhythms.
- Collaborate cross functionally and document processes to improve efficiency and alignment.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Associates Degree, or equivalent level of education /experience
- This role is open to fresh graduates and early career professionals with up to 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or a related function.
