  • Lead end-to-end customer engagement with hyperscale and AI clients for large data center campus developments.
  • Own technical discovery to understand customer requirements, deployment timelines, and future technology needs.
  • Drive solution framing, master planning inputs, and alignment with customer technology roadmaps.
  • Lead preparation and governance of technical proposals, compliance documents, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to customer processes, approval workflows, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Legal, PMO, Operations) to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Act as the customer governance lead post-contract, managing milestones, change control, and escalations.
  • Maintain traceability of requirements, assumptions, deviations, and contractual commitments throughout delivery.
