Lead - Physical Security
Purpose/Objective
Lead - Physical Security will oversee security projects in data centres, develop and implement strategies to address risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting security assessments, and offering expert guidance on security matters.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Project Management: Lead and manage security projects within data centres, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Security Strategy : Develop and implement security strategies and plans to address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless implementation and operational efficiency.
Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps in security measures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Security Audits: Lead security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, identifying areas for remediation.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate security threats, continuously assessing and addressing potential security risks across projects.
Liaison with Government Bodies: Collaborate and liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.
Vigilance: Establish and maintain vigilance protocols to detect and prevent unauthorized access or security breaches, ensuring proactive monitoring of critical assets.
Incident Reporting: Oversee the incident reporting process, ensuring timely documentation, investigation, and communication of security incidents to relevant stakeholders.
Technology Trends: Stay informed about emerging security technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related issues, offering insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on security objectives, project goals, and initiatives.
Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions.

Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any field in Work Experience: 12-15 years of experience in the Data Centres industry with relevant experience in asset security, personnel security, intelligence & vigilance, liaisoning with local police & government.
Preference to candidates with services background
