Law Officer

A leading Corporate Group is seeking a seasoned Law Officer to manage and represent the organizations legal interests across various judicial platforms in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, a deep understanding of court procedures, and the ability to independently handle arguments and drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Court Representation: Appear and represent the corporate group before District Courts, High Courts, Statutory Bodies, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
• Litigation & Arguments: Independently prepare and present oral arguments for various legal matters.
• Drafting: Competently draft legal applications, appeals, petitions, counters, and other legal documents as per court procedures.
• Court Procedures: Manage end-to-end filing procedures, including both physical and e-filing/computer filing systems.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on case laws, precedents, and statutes using digital legal databases and references.
• Compliance: Ensure all legal actions are in alignment with current regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum LL.B. degree from a reputed university or college.
• Experience: 4+ years of active litigation experience in District Courts and High Court.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of computer filing and legal research tools.
• Preferred: Candidates with their own conveyance will be given preference for ease of travel between various courts and offices.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent command over legal language, and the ability to manage strict court deadlines.
