The Mission
To make data privacy simple, automated, and trustworthy for enterprises — bringing companies and consumers together through hybrid AI technology to manage privacy and consent at scale.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of technology and enterprise sales. As the Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical heartbeat of the revenue organization — owning the pre-sales process from discovery through proof-of-concept, translating complex privacy technology into compelling business value for both technical evaluators and C-suite stakeholders. You'll join a lean, high-ownership team where your work directly shapes deals and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements: discovery, solution design, tailored demos, and POC management
Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations to technical audiences (architects, engineers) and executive stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs)
Configure and troubleshoot demo environments using REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Own proof-of-concept engagements from scoping through technical validation and sign-off
Partner closely with the sales team to respond to RFIs/RFPs, develop architecture diagrams, and produce technical documentation (SOWs, flow charts)
Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and the product/engineering team — capturing and translating market feedback
Support integration discussions across cloud environments and enterprise tech stacks (IAM, SSO, encryption, NoSQL, big data)
What You Bring
5–7+ years of experience in pre-sales / solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Demonstrated track record of presenting to both technical teams and C-level executives in enterprise sales cycles
Hands-on technical proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure)
Coding/scripting exposure: LAMP stack, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, or SQL — sufficient to configure demos and troubleshoot integrations
Experience leading POC engagements end-to-end with structured success criteria
Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer
Commutable to Greenville, DE or Tysons, VA; comfortable working in-office 2 days/week
