Role & responsibilities:
- Landscape design and planning for large-scale developments
- Concept creation, detailed design, and execution coordination
- Collaboration with architects, consultants & project stakeholders
- Softscape & hardscape planning, site development strategies
- Managing consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Ensuring design intent throughout project execution
- Strong understanding of planting design
Software Skills:
AutoCAD • Lumion • SketchUp • Photoshop
Education:
M.Arch (Landscape Architecture)
Experience:
5-8 years after M.Arch
Detailed Job Description:
- Handle landscape projects independently from concept to execution guidance
- Prepare and present landscape concepts to HODs across Adani Power, Ports, Realty, Logistics, Solar, Adani School, Cement, Adani Total Gas, and promoters' residences
- Conduct site visits prior to design initiation
- Regular coordination with the project team and horticulture experts
- Review landscape drawings prepared by external consultants
- Work on industrial landscapes with strong plantation knowledge
- Beautification and enhancement of existing sites
