Our SelectLeaders client is a real estate investment and development company. Our client's real estate assets include downtown office buildings, residential and master-planned land development projects, retail and industrial properties, and large acreage land holdings. The Land Development Manager will oversee a large development project that will include residential and commercial. The position is based on Kiawah Island/Charleston, SC with occasional travel to our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
