Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, inspect, evaluate, and assess land for acquisition or lease for renewable energy and energy storage projects.
  2. Develop and support land acquisition strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project development timelines.
  3. Negotiate land prices, lease terms, and acquisition agreements with landowners and other stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate and engage with landowners, brokers, LGUs, and regulatory agencies throughout the land acquisition process.
  5. Conduct site visits, desktop research, and legal due diligence on land ownership, land use, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Support permitting and approval processes related to land and site control.
  7. Represent the company during meetings, site inspections, consultations, and negotiations.
  8. Prepare and maintain land databases, maps, pricing benchmarks, and strategic reports.
  9. Perform other land-related tasks necessary to support project development.
  10. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, stakeholder engagement, or permitting.
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes, land valuation, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience or exposure to the energy or renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
